Acceptance Of Order
Acceptance of your order takes place at the dispatch of the order with the exception of special orders when you may cancel your order up to this point. The purchase contract is made at the point of dispatch. We aim to make every effort to dispatch your order in a timely manner but we cannot be held responsible for events out with our control that could delay your order reaching you. Please note due to the perishable nature of products sold we will not accept order cancellations after the point of dispatch and no refunds will apply.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charge (delivery before 6pm) for UK mainland deliveries (includes Scottish Highlands) is included in the price of our meat boxes. Delivery charges are calculated on weight of each meat box. Express deliveries are subject to additional charges.
- Delivery Days
Delivery dates for fresh meat boxes are displayed on each meat box page. Frozen meat boxes are available for delivery on the second working day after order (Tuesday delivery for a Friday order).
We advise to allow 2 working days should there be any delays. If you are in any doubt please contact us directly with your postcode and when you would like to receive the order by.
Storage Instruction
Pembrokeshire Lamb is a fresh product which must be kept refrigerated ideally at a temperature of 5°C or below.
If you choose to freeze our fresh product then please ensure you freeze the product on the day of delivery. To maintain product quality when freezing please ensure the product is kept in its original packaging or placed in a suitable container. Always label the product with the date the product was placed in the freezer. After freezing, this product should be consumed within 3 months to ensure quality. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and do not refreeze the product after it’s been defrosted. Returns
Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same payment method when the order was originally placed. Pembrokeshire Lamb Ltd will refund the order value if we are unable to fulfil the order. We do reserve the right to refund your order due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Right To Cancel
Your right to cancel begins at the time of placing the order. All of our products are perishable and your right to cancel ceases at the point of dispatch. We do reserve the right to cancel your orders due to any event outside our control or unavailability of stock in such a situation Pembrokeshire Lamb Ltd will contact you promptly. If we have to cancel an order in these circumstances and you have made any payment in advance for products that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts to you as soon as possible.
Insurance
Liability insurance is included. Application of Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT is included in the cost of each product, where applicable (VAT number 325161823).
